Tile - This is a sample Tile with a rectangular hole cut out centrally to fit a glass insert. We are able to do this all thickness's and any size cut out.

Model Eiffel Tower - This is a model of the Eiffel tower. Cut from 2mm Steel and then slotted together and sprayed up with a black matt finish.

Ceramic Tile - This is a sample Tile with a rectangular hole cut out centrally to fit a glass insert. We are able to do this all thickness's and any size cut out.

Procelain Tile - This is a sample Tile with 3 Holes cut out to fit glass inserts. We are able to do this all thickness's and any size cut out.

Marble Flooring Slab - This is a Marble Flooring Slab which has been etched to allow Stainless Steel pattern as an in fill. This can be done as a house sign, flooring slabs in shopping centres or any other location desired.

Waterjet Cut Stainless Steel - This plate is from 10mm Stainless Steel and has been cut from a template. Stainless Steel can be cut up to 120mm thick with varying finishes.

Sample Piece - This is a piece of 10mm Mild Steel Cut into a target. This was designed on CAD by one of our CAD operatives.

Plywood - This is a plywood piece cut of for a flat blanking of a Violin. It is cut from 12mm Plywood. We are able to get plywood to a high standard and regularly cut many multiple units of plywood templates for joinery companies.

Stainless Steel Balustrade Panel - This was formed from 2mm 316 Marine Grade Stainless With a DP1 or brushed finish. They were placed as an infill for a stainless steel handrail that we were commissioned to manufacture and fit.

Stainless Steel - This is a 20mm stainless steel waterjet profiled plate. This was profiled from a CAD drawing supplied by the customer.

Driftwood - This was a sample letter cut from 20mm thick driftwood. It was for a natural sculpture that was developed.

Calypso Waterjet - This is the model of waterjet profiling machine we have. It has a 3 meter x 2.5 meter bed and will cut almost any material up to 150 mm Thick. We have cut Steel 130mm Thick to a tolerance of 0.5mm.

Glass - Glass Lettering from 12mm thick glass. We are able to cut and lettering to any font that is available on your word processor. We are also able to cut glass panels, glass tiles other than toughened glass.

Marble Flooring - This a marble flooring inlay. This was cut from two different colours of marble to a specific drawing supplied from our client. We are able to do more complex designs and are able to create the CAD files that you need in house.

Natural Stone - We are able to cut type of stone from granite to concrete paving slabs. we are also able to cut them up to 150mm Thick. We have also done some Slate pieces from 80mm Thick Slate.

Whale from Mosaic Tiles - This was cut from a serious of colours of mosaic tiles. We were given a pattern to follow and this was cut out for the bottom of a swimming pool it is around 2 meters wide and 1 meter high.

175 tonne press brake - This is am image of our 3 Meter press brake. We are able to fold all kinds of ferrous and non ferrous steels at all kinds of thickness up to 8mm Thick.

75mm Thick Titanium - This is a before and after shot of a 75mm Thick Titanium billet. This took around 1 hour to cut and with our twin head facilities this made it very viable for mass use.

Titanium - This image is the waterjet cutting 72mm Thick Titanium Billets. We cut this as a first cut for a precision engineering company and then they machine them back to a neater and more accurate shape including 3D.

3mm Stainless Steel - There was around 2000 in quantity of these and they were cut as pegs. They then had the top of the peg machined so the client could use their normal methods.

Signage - This was a sign in the local village of rattery. It was cut from a mature piece of Oak supplied by the customer and can be seen around the corner from our workshop.

Marble - This is a 20mm Marble 'S'. This was cut from polished marble as an inlay for a sign. This particular Sample can be seen at our workshop.

Machine Hardened Steel - This is a Tool that was made from Hardened Steel. it is used a machine tool and therefore needs to be toughened.

Lavender House Hotel - 2mm Stainless Steel drip tray. The bar drip tray designed by Keith himself and developed and manufactured by our in house team. It can be seen at the main bar in hotel in the wedding reception.
